The Princeton building was built in 1906 in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was incorporated into the Princeton Co-operative Association housing cooperative in 1948. The building offers 25 units, fiber internet service, basement storage, a bike room, and a terrific view of Seattle.
